Article 1 – Subject Matter

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “GTC”) define the rights and obligations between Bruxilock Serrurier Bruxelles (hereinafter “the company”) and its customers (hereinafter “the customer”) for locksmith services, emergency interventions, installation of cameras and alarm systems, as well as for the online sale of security-related products.

Article 2 – Services Provided
  1. Emergency Services: Locksmith Brussels provides 24/7 service for all urgent repairs, such as a locked door, a broken key, or lost keys.
  2. System Installation: Locksmith Brussels installs reinforced doors, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems, in accordance with current standards.
  3. Online Sales: Locksmith Brussels offers security equipment for sale through its website, with delivery throughout Belgium.

Article 3 – Orders and Prices
  • Orders: Orders for online services or items must be confirmed by a signed quote or an electronic form.
  • Prices: Prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes (21% VAT) or including all taxes (VAT included). Travel and service fees are specified in the quote or before the service is provided.
Article 4 – Payment Terms
  • Services must be paid for immediately after completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Products sold online must be paid for at the time of order using the secure payment methods indicated on the website.
Article 5 – Responsibilities Bruxilock undertakes to perform its services diligently and professionally. However, it cannot be held liable:
  • In the event of inability to perform the service due to an unforeseen structural or technical defect.
  • For any delay caused by exceptional circumstances (force majeure, bad weather, etc.).
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Online Sales) For products ordered online, the customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Article 7 – Warranty
  • Services are covered by a 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Products sold online are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, according to the specific conditions of each item.
Article 8 – Data Confidentiality Bruxilock processes the personal data of its customers in accordance with the GDPR regulations. The information collected is used solely within the scope of the services or sales provided. Article 9 – Disputes and Applicable Law Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
